Does money have you worried? Fight back!

When money gets you down or causes undo stress, there are a few things you can do to fight back. For starters, do something positive that can eventually make a difference in your finances. For example, make a budget, find a side job, or cut some of your expenses to make things just a little less stressful. After you've done that, its time to work on the stress itself. Start exercising and keeping busy to keep your mind off your stresses. Keep making the right decisions and you'll eventually get out of money trouble and your stress will go away.
